A local private equity group purchased Gatti’s assets with the intention of bringing back the 47-year-old brand. They identified three target market sectors to operate in as Gatti’s Pizza, Mr. Gatti’s and GattiTown. Their space requirements were 3,500-5,000 SF with a patio and delivery services space. The target market consisted of families with young children as well as nearby schools and hospitals.
