HOUSTON – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces Forum Energy Technologies has renewed its lease for 108,639 square feet at 10344 Sam Houston Park Drive in Houston for its global headquarters. TCS Managing Director Doug Little and Vice President Louann Pereira are providing office leasing services on behalf of the landlord, Buchanan Street Partners.
“We are pleased Forum Energy Technologies chose to make a long-term commitment to the building by relocating its global headquarters to this location and extending its lease term,” said Little.
Sam Houston Crossing II is a 159,056-square-foot, Class A office building designed to maximize energy efficiency and water savings and create a healthy work environment. The building has a dramatic, two-story glass lobby with high-quality finishes and frontage on Sam Houston Tollway providing outstanding branding opportunities. In 2015, this building was awarded LEED® certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. Currently, the building is 100 percent occupied.
CBRE’s Jeff Cairns, Bill Boyer and Steve Hesse provided tenant representation services.
