HOUSTON – Transwestern today announces it has been retained to provide leasing services on behalf of D’Agostino Companies for a medical office development at 6921 Brisbane Court in Sugar Land, Texas. Transwestern Executive Vice President Justin Brasell and Senior Leasing Associate Christian Connell are providing healthcare leasing services for the 38,800-square-foot project within the Telfair master-planned community. Construction is slated to begin April 2019, with the first tenants moving in before year end.

The medical office development is a three-story, Class A medical office building designed by Browne McGregor Architects. Arch-Con Construction is the general contractor for the development. The 2.78-acre site was purchased in December 2018. The proposed building is 50 percent preleased and will be anchored by a diagnostic imaging center and ambulatory surgery center, both of which will begin seeing patients in December 2019.
