Transwestern Arranges 7-Year, 10,750 SF Lease at Overlook II in Vinings

Atlanta – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Atlanta Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions team has completed a 10,742-square-foot headquarters relocation for Chicken Salad Chick at Overlook II, a 254,000-square-foot office tower at 2839 Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta’s Vinings neighborhood. Transwestern Managing Director Peyton Wimberly negotiated the 7-year lease on behalf of the fast-casual restaurant brand.
“Through extensive market research, financial analysis, and workplace analytics, we identified Overlook II as an ideal office environment for Chicken Salad Chick,” said Wimberly. “Moving its headquarters to Atlanta provides the company with the resources and business environment to meet aggressive growth goals.”
Founded in Auburn, Alabama, in 2008, Chicken Salad Chick operates 179 restaurants in 17 states with 32 locations in Georgia. The new corporate headquarters will house 40 employees, including new Atlanta hires.
