MILWAUKEE – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the sale of the Cardinal Stritch University (CSU) campus. Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents Marianne Burish and Daniel Walsh represented the university in the $24 million sale.
Located adjacent to Glendale, Wisconsin and Fox Point, Wisconsin, the 43-acre property comprises 12 CSU-related buildings. Totaling 607,000 square feet of finished educational and supporting services space, the campus includes a field house, library and university center.
“I am honored to have represented CSU in this sale. Given our client’s goals and timing constraints, we are especially gratified to have found a capable buyer with a similar mission of education,” said Burish. “It’s a great campus with a lot of history and now a bright future serving Glendale, Fox Point and the greater Milwaukee area.”
The Ramirez Family Foundation is the buyer of the campus.
