Houston – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces CAM Integrated Solutions LLC has signed a new lease for 59,220 square feet at 17000 Katy Freeway in Houston.
TCS Executive Managing Director Justin Leighton, Senior Vice President Branon Pesnell and Vice President Lonna Dorman provided tenant representation services, while TCS Executive Vice President Eric Anderson and Vice President Parker Burkett provided the office leasing services on behalf of the landlord, Insite Realty Partners LP.

Built in 2007, 17000 Katy Freeway is a three-story, 175,000-square-foot, Class A office building. It is located within the prestigious Park Ten Office Park, a 550-acre, master-planned campus in Houston's Energy Corridor submarket. The building is situated on the north side of Interstate 10 and currently has
115,000 square feet of office space available for lease.
