FORT WORTH – Transwestern today announces Bank of Texas has signed a lease for 21,328 square feet of office space at 777 Main in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Whit Kelly and Associate Jason Harrell represented the building owner, The Brookdale Group, in the transaction. Pat McDowell and Brooke Armstrong of JLL represented the tenant, a division of BOK Financial.

777 Main is a 1,016,000-square-foot, Class A office building proximate to Sundance Square, the Fort Worth Convention Center and Trinity Railway Express Station. The 40-story property houses the Petroleum Club of Fort Worth and offers a state-of-the-art conference center, fitness center, and skywalk access to the Hilton Fort Worth.
