Balke Brown Transwestern is pleased to announce its agreement with Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s University Park to market and develop its 330-acre land on the University’s Campus. ABOUT THE PROJECT

Balke Brown Transwestern, in cooperation with SIUE’s University Park, will bring national and regional companies to the campus to construct commercial office, research and development, and technology centers. The goal is to provide these companies access to the best and brightest upcoming workforce and to provide students with real opportunities to work with/for top tier companies. In addition to the commercial opportunities, there will be residential and retail opportunities in support of existing and new developments. The vision is to create a work, live, play environment for business/student collaboration.
