HOUSTON – Transwestern announces Ashley Rath has joined the firm as Senior Director, Data & IT, further strengthening its investment in enterprise technology, artificial intelligence and data-driven innovation across its integrated commercial real estate platform.
In this role, Rath will collaborate with the firm’s business leaders to prioritize and execute large-scale initiatives delivered through data, analytics and AI, with a focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, scalability and client experience. Rath reports to Jason Moersch, Executive Managing Director of Business Intelligence, Innovation and Technology.

Rath joins Transwestern from Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as AI & Data Portfolio Director. In that role, she oversaw enterprise AI and data initiatives, while leading cross-functional coordination among technology teams, business stakeholders and external development partners. Throughout her nearly 20-year career, she has built and led project management and technology teams responsible for enterprise transformation initiatives, governance programs and operational modernization efforts.
