Denver – Transwestern’s Denver office today announces Whitney Hake has joined the firm as Senior Vice President – Agency Leasing. In this role, she will lead a team of highly specialized leasing professionals to deliver results to clients through superior market knowledge, keen negotiating skills and differentiating marketing tactics.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Hake spent seven years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as Director and negotiated more than 300 transactions, totaling more than 2 million square feet. She has received several awards throughout her career, including a CoStar Power Broker four years in a row, Cassidy Turley Fuller’s Top Young Gun Award in 2012, DMCAR Heavy Hitters Top Young Gun Broker of Denver in 2012 and Cushman & Wakefield Colorado’s Production Achievement Award in 2015.
Hake earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate and marketing from Baylor University and a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver.
