Woodbridge, VA – Transwestern today announces it brokered the disposition of a 78,684-square-foot industrial portfolio at 13600 and 13610 Dabney Road in Woodbridge, Virginia. International Real Estate LLC purchased the properties from Universal Dynamics for $5.25 million. Transwestern Senior Vice President Dennis Flynn represented Universal Dynamics, which is relocating to a larger facility in Fredericksburg.
“This is a well-located portfolio, just 25 minutes outside of Washington, D.C.,” said Flynn. “There is a dwindling supply of industrial properties along Northern Virginia’s Interstate 95 corridor, as many are being redeveloped for other uses, like multifamily, office and retail, making this a wise investment for International Real Estate LLC.”
The properties have 230 parking spaces and sit on 8.3 acres and offer an additional floor area ratio of 50,000 to 60,000 square feet.
