Fairfax, VA – Transwestern today announces it has brokered the sale of WillowWood III and IV, two Class A office buildings at 10302 and 10304 Eaton Place in Fairfax, Virginia. Twenty Lake Holdings purchased the 276,245-square-foot asset with Transwestern’s Gerry Trainor providing disposition services on behalf of the seller.
“Twenty Lake Holdings has purchased an institutional-quality, Class A asset with long-term stability. The buildings are 75 percent leased to an investment-grade tenant that has been at WillowWood for 29 years,” said Trainor. “The property also provides value-add potential via the lease-up of the remaining vacancies.”
Located along the Interstate 66 corridor, the property features surface and structured parking as well as a landscaped plaza with a fountain and outdoor seating. Furthermore, the adjacent retail is being redeveloped and will be anchored by Whole Foods 365.
