TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Chief Financial Officer, Adam serves as a key member of the firm’s Executive Committee, charged with setting enterprise-wide fiscal priorities and overseeing all financial matters for the Transwestern companies and its affiliates.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Adam was Executive Vice President and CFO of U.S. Development Group, which develops, owns and manages large-scale, multi-modal logistics centers and energy infrastructure in North America. During his 10 years with the company, he oversaw corporate finance, financial planning, treasury, capital markets, accounting and investor relations activities. Adam started his career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette/Credit Suisse First Boston before serving as an investment analyst at an energy-focused hedge fund and held several financial leadership roles at Eagle Rock Energy Partners.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Adam is a board member for USD Group LLC, serves on the Advisory Council for the KBH Energy Center at The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and is also a Texas Children’s Hospital Ambassador.

EDUCATION

Adam earned a BBA in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University, graduating Beta Gamma Sigma.
