TDC pursues value add acquisitions of properties that provide an opportunity to create value through the repurposing of existing buildings and or the addition of new buildings to an existing site. Examples of prior experience include the acquisition of a light manufacturing facility that was redeveloped with an increase to the roof height and modification of the exterior walls to accommodate conventional distribution requirements, and the repurposing of a hybrid office building for last mile e-commerce distribution.
