DETROIT – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it has secured a new tenant for the Timberlands Office Park at 1450 W. Long Lake Road in Troy, Michigan. The new tenant, full-service law firm Garan Lucow Miller PC, will occupy 13,285 square feet at Timberlands IV, one of three Class A office buildings in the park.
Executive Vice President Bill Harvey, Senior Vice President Chuck Howard and Leasing Associate Neil Leising provided Agency Leasing services on behalf of the owner, FD Stonewater.
Garan Lucow Miller is relocating its Troy office to the Timberlands Office Park after 25 years in its previous space at 1111 W. Long Lake Road. The firm has eight offices in the Great Lakes Region.
“The Timberlands Office Park was the right fit for Garan Lucow Miller for a number of reasons,” said Howard. “The law firm will benefit from the highly efficient layout and recently completed lobby and amenity upgrades. Additionally, the opportunity to have their name in lights on Long Lake Road was certainly attractive.”
Timberlands Office Park is undergoing renovations, including upgraded food service, conference centers, tenant lounges, and lobbies, as well as the addition of outdoor seating areas with Wi-Fi.
