TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Zach brings more than 11 years of commercial real estate experience to Transwestern’s suburban agency leasing group. In his role, Zach co-leads Transwestern’s suburban leasing team and works closely with owners to execute successful marketing campaigns, develop and maintain leasing proformas, and decrease the overall vacancy rates of assets.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Zach served as Senior Vice President at Crossroads Partners. While at Crossroads Partners, Zach formed and headed the brokerage division, which focused on the positioning of office, retail and industrial assets, negotiation and execution of lease transactions, and implementation of innovative property strategy, as well as the acquisition and disposition of assets on behalf of third-party clients. Within two years of forming the brokerage division, Zach had grown the platform to one of the eighth largest agency groups across the Chicagoland area.
 
During his career, Zach has represented over 9 million square feet of office space. He has brought value to properties through maximizing rental returns while minimizing leasing costs and has been successful in the lease up of challenged assets as well as maintaining occupancy in highly leased properties. Zach has represented ownership groups including Colony NorthStar, Ameriprise Financial, C3 Capital, The RMR Group, and MB Financial.

EDUCATION

Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from DePaul University.
