TRANSWESTERN ROLE

William Sale is a vice president in Transwestern’s Dallas office and brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Having worked directly with both occupiers and landlords across the country during his career, Will has a keen insight into lease negotiation and administration, as well as project management. He focuses on representing his client’s best interests regarding new site locations, renewals and extensions of existing leases and the disposition of excess space.

Previous to his Transwestern role, Will served as a vice president, first at Grubb & Ellis and later, at CNL Commercial Real Estate, focusing on office tenant representation in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.  Prior to this industry experience, he oversaw operations for over four million square feet of office space, including the transition of the management and operations for the 1.6 million square foot Lincoln Centre Development in north Dallas for Teachers Insurance and Annuity-College Retirement Equities Fund (TIAA-CREF).  Will began his career in commercial real estate with The Swearingen Group after graduating from SMU
