TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Walter is a building engineer currently overseeing two Class A office buildings located in Reston and Herndon, Virginia. The properties total 326,000 square feet. He is responsible for working on all operational, maintenance and improvement requirements at these locations.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Walter brought twenty years of experience to his role with Transwestern.  He previously worked at Lincoln Property Company as a Chief Engineer, where some of his responsibilities included managing tenant requests, mechanical systems and engineering operations for a 260,000 SF office and mixed-use property.
