Vanessa Masters

Vanessa currently assists in managing 2.6 million square feet of industrial commercial real estate in Orange and Los Angeles counties. She is responsible for working directly with the property manager, leasing agents and vendors as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of vendor maintenance services (landscaping, security, janitorial, and fire life safety, among others). She performs regular property inspections and completes inspection reports, prepares and coordinates bid proposals and service contracts for maintenance and repairs with an unrelenting focus on cost savings. She assists in preparation of quarterly financial reports with a focus on A/R; she initiates late payment calls, reconciles A/R and initiates collections through legal avenues. She performs lease administration duties, tracks construction jobs, and administers construction management fees, lease commissions, accounts payable and receivables and she maintains regular contact with tenants, vendors and clients in daily operations of the properties, also addressing their needs and requests.

As real estate professional, Vanessa is committed to providing extraordinary service to clients, vendors and colleagues. She has gained diverse knowledge and experience in managing high-rise office properties, creative office space, medical and industrial properties throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2011 as an Assistant Property Manager, Vanessa worked with PMRG/Madison Marquette and The Colton Company, where she began her property management career in 2008.
