Travis is responsible for project management and construction oversight throughout Transwestern’s Phoenix portfolio. He works simultaneously with Asset and Brokerage services to oversee capital improvement projects and tenant improvement projects throughout the market. 


Travis has been active in commercial real estate for more than 9 years.  Prior to joining Transwestern, Travis managed a 500,000 square foot office portfolio as a Senior Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company. In this capacity he guided Camelback Square through two dispositions, and managed the capital reposition plan for a Goldman Sachs joint venture at 2777 E. Camelback.  During his tenure, Travis managed a total of $15 million in capital improvement projects, and roughly 450,000 square feet in tenant improvement projects.
Prior to his background at Lincoln Property Company, Travis served in the management department at Hines, and oversaw operations at Renaissance Square, a 1 million square foot office project in Downtown Phoenix. 


Travis is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent and member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Phoenix (BOMA). Additionally, Travis is LEED Certified O+M, and a United States Army Veteran.


Travis received a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from The University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona.
