Tracy Thomas

Tracy Purser is a property manager in Transwestern’s Atlanta office, where she oversees a portfolio of Class "A" office buildings and a medical facility. Offering 10 years of hands-on management experience, her clients include Stockbridge Capital Group, Midcap Financial and Shamrock Investments.

Tracy is responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations, creating annual property budgets and monthly financial reports, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, contracting with vendors, performing lease administration, managing property maintenance tasks, and ensuring tenant satisfaction and issue resolution.

Tracy also spearheads transitioning properties in the Southeast for Transwestern. 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Tracy was a property manager in Atlanta for Advantis Real Estate Services for seven years, where she was responsible for approximately 168,000 SF of office space.

A native of Northwest Atlanta, Tracy graduated from Lassiter High School in Marietta and attended Kennesaw University.
