Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Tracy joined Transwestern in 2004. Tracy serves as a marketing coordinator supporting a team of brokers in the Multifamily, Office and Industrial Investment Services groups, Agency Leasing, and Tenant Advisory for the Transwestern Austin office. Tracy is responsible for the day to day production of property marketing announcements, flyers, advertising, market research, lease transaction coordination and various administrative activities associated with this role. She also coordinates several phases of the disposition process including the inflow and outflow of due diligence collateral, the production of research and marketing materials, and the facilitation of web-based marketing campaigns.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Tracy has worked in several capacities at Transwestern, covering a broad spectrum of commercial real estate services. Tracy began her real estate career at Transwestern's Chicago office as an administrative assistant supporting the Tenant Advisory Services division. She also worked in Transwestern's Houston office as a marketing assistant supporting the Multifamily, Office, Industrial and Land Investment Services Groups. Tracy previously served as an executive assistant in the Transwestern Austin office supporting both the Property Management Division and the Agency Leasing Division. These varied roles required a multitude of skills, and Tracy's duties included the production of marketing materials, bids and proposals, research documentation, data collection and management, preparation of presentations and coordination of brokerage and property management operations that have all helped her in her current marketing role in Austin.

EDUCATION

Tracy received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi, and is currently a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
