As the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Tracy is responsible for creating and implementing business development programs for Transwestern’s New York office. She plans, produces and executes events for current and future clients. Additionally, she researches and identifies opportunities for the firm to differentiate itself in the competitive Manhattan market.


Prior to joining Transwestern, Tracy was the Director of Tenant Relations and Marketing for Fisher Brothers. She developed and managed a hospitality-driven program to enhance the tenant experience across the firm’s commercial office portfolio, which included creating wellness initiatives, increasing social media engagement and playing a critical role in developing the future amenity space at 1345 Avenue of the Americas. She also worked with agency teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns for the commercial office portfolio and oversaw all corporate marketing initiatives. Previously, she worked at the Berman Group, a marketing and advertising firm, where she managed the accounts of two professional associations, the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA) and the Avenue of the Americas Association.


Tracy is involved in both professional and charitable organizations. A Young Member of the New York City Chapter of CoreNet Global, she sits on the Marketing and Communications Committee, is the chair of the New Year’s Party planning committee and a member of the planning committee for the Annual CoreNet NYC Dinner. She is on the planning committee of the St. Jude Spirit of Hope event to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She is also a member of Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association (YMWREA).


Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada – Reno.
