TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Tom Gentner specializes in commercial and industrial leasing and sales in the greater Baltimore region. His experiences range from property representation for disposition or investment to buyer/tenant representation for acquisition or relocation.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Tom joined Transwestern in 1994 after spending five years with the Baltimore brokerage firm Casey & Associates. During his 30-year career in commercial real estate, he has sold over 325 acres of land and leased or sold more than 36 million square feet of commercial and industrial space in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area worth an aggregate value of over $2 billion.
 
Tom is consistently one of the top performing brokers in the Baltimore area every year. In 1990, Casey & Associates named Tom "Rookie of the Year." In 2006, he was recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal as the #1 Top Commercial Real Estate Agent, and #2 in 2001, 2003 and 2008. Tom has also been recognized by CoStar as one of the top 20 brokers in Baltimore. In addition, Tom has brokered select transactions throughout the country.
