Tina currently assists in the management and operations for a portfolio of office, commercial, and industrial properties totaling over 750,000 square feet across Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. Tina serves as the point of contact for tenant- and vendor-related communications and is highly skilled at coordinating building improvement and repair projects across all sites.
Her responsibilities include tenant and vendor relations, vendor coordination for service and repair work, accounts payable, accounts receivables, Energy Star® tracking and reporting, insurance tracking, leasing administration, tenant and vendor file maintenance, service agreements, and assisting with budget preparation and input. Tina is proficient in a variety of software programs for budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration as well as software utilized for invoice payment, risk management, building access control systems and more. She prides herself on being able to resolve issues effectively in a timely manner.


Tina has extensive prior experience in corporate, medical and non-profit administration and management. She joined Transwestern in 2018, bringing her business administration, accounting, and program coordination skills to the Asset Services team. She is organized, efficient, and dedicated to providing effective solutions to the suit the needs of her clients and tenants. She is also fluent in French.


Tina holds bachelor’s degrees in art history from Boston University and psychology from City University of New York City College. She is in the process of obtaining her California real estate license.
