Tiffany Selva

Tiffany Selva is a Property Manager with Transwestern Asset Services, responsible for the day‑to‑day operational execution at One Thousand Main, an 837,161‑square‑foot Class AA office and retail property in Houston’s Central Business District. Tiffany manages onsite operations, financial administration, tenant coordination, and capital project implementation, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence.

Tiffany Selva began her commercial real estate career in 2018 and has since been involved in the management of more than four million square feet of Class A and Class AA office and retail assets throughout Houston. Her experience includes supporting properties for institutional ownership groups such as Parkway Properties, MetroNational, Brookfield, and Union Investment Real Estate. Her portfolio experience includes One Thousand Main, One Houston Center, Memorial Hermann Tower, 10100 Katy Freeway, and 8 and 9 Greenway Plaza. She joined the One Thousand Main management team in July 2024.

At One Thousand Main, Tiffany plays a key role in the execution of multi‑million‑dollar capital improvement initiatives, including tenant improvement projects and speculative suite buildouts. She brings extensive experience delivering full tenant buildouts at prior properties, managing projects from pre‑construction planning through construction and closeout, while maintaining continuity of operations.

Tiffany works closely with ownership representatives, leasing teams, construction partners, and vendors to support timely, cost‑effective project delivery and a high level of tenant service. Known for her collaborative and detail‑oriented leadership style, she emphasizes tenant engagement, operational excellence, and effective communication. Tiffany actively supports capital planning discussions, participates in operations and tenant meetings, prepares monthly ownership reporting, and manages operating and capital budgets in alignment with approved objectives.

Tiffany is an active leader within the commercial real estate community. She is an engaged member of IREM, where she serves as Chair of the Fashion Show Committee. She is also a member of Houston BOMA, where she serves as the Chair for the Women in BOMA Committee and previously served as Chair of the Foundation Golf Tournament Committee. In 2023, she was recognized as Houston BOMA’s Young Professional of the Year.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.

In addition to her academic credentials, Tiffany is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), an Accredited Commercial Office Manager (ACoM), and a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.
