Thomas has developed numerous procedures to automate data gathering and storage helping to translate numbers into meaningful facts that better inform decisions.
Thomas has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Before leading the research department for Transwestern in Southern California, Thomas served as Research Manager for Colliers international. In his previous role he delivered 24 quarterly research and forecast reports covering industrial, office and retail in Southern California.
