TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Terry serves as vice president, tenant advisory services for Transwestern, where he concentrates on providing enhanced leasing service systems to tenants, landlords and institutional clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Terry was vice president of tenant services at Grubb & Ellis Company for 20 years. He concentrates on providing enhanced tools and service to landlords, tenants and institutional clients. His landlord marketing tools were used by numerous listing teams encompassing a portfolio of projects, over 97 Class "A" buildings with 5.5 million square feet of office space. The listings where located in three states that were supported by seven regional offices. His broker partners used Terry's programming, planning and test fit services to win and execute over 2 million square feet of tenant representation assignments. Average project sizes ranged from 5,000 to 20,000 square feet.
 
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Terry was Vice President of Planning for the 300-acre Harbor Bay Business and Research Park located in Alameda, CA. He was also Senior Vice President, Corporate Services for Cannell & Chaffin, a national interior architectural firm and served as General Manager for Carma Developers, where he managed the firm's Northwest Development Portfolio in Seattle, Washington.

EDUCATION

Terry received his bachelor's degree and pursued graduate studies at California State University, Los Angeles. He is a licensed real estate sales professional in the state of California. License # 01148043
