Ted Crowe

Ted is the General Manager of 150 N. Wacker and 549 W. Randolph. In this role, he serves as an expert leader for the building’s management team, assisting with capital projects, tenant construction, accounting issues, service contract negotiations, and building/tenant issues. Ted also acts as a liaison between building owners and Transwestern Chicago and directs on-site property staff to understand and achieve ownership objectives.

Ted has worked in commercial real estate since 2007. Prior to his time as a general manager, he began his career in hospitality, working in all aspects of the hotel industry. He transitioned his operations experience to portfolio management before entering commercial real estate. Ted has been the manager on various assignments including 208 S. LaSalle, 900 N. Franklin, 224 N. Desplaines, and others in downtown Chicago. He is also experienced in facilities management.

Ted earned a bachelor’s degree from the DePauw University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
