Taylor Snoddy is managing director of the Multifamily Investment Services Group for   Transwestern’s Dallas office. In this role, he leads business development and property disposition, including asset valuation, coordination of marketing processes, property tours and contract negotiations, and acts as a point-of-contact for a variety of private and institutional clients. Taylor’s work ethic, integrity and tenacity has propelled him through the ranks at Transwestern, where he began his commercial real estate career 13 years ago.


Taylor has grown Transwestern’s multifamily platform in Dallas from ground zero to one of the largest market shares in the region. Since 2014, the team has transacted $2.3 billion in closings for more than 40,000 apartment units sold. The team has averaged a closing every seven business days during this time.
Taylor has been the top overall producer for Transwestern’s North Texas operations for the past four years, setting the record for top overall gross commissions in the region’s history. He has also been the top producer in the company nationwide for three of the past four years.


Taylor is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and member of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). He is also a member of Transwestern's National Board of Directors and the company’s Executive Committee in Dallas.
Taylor has been recognized as a D CEO Magazine’s Power Broker every year from 2014 through 2017. He was selected as a “Star to Watch” by Commercial Property Executive in its February 2015 issue. In September 2015, Real Estate Forum named Taylor as one of the few “Emerging Leaders” in the multifamily industry nationwide and in 2017, ranked him No. 15 in its national Top Multifamily Brokers list. He was selected as one of “Tomorrow’s Leaders - Texas” in the April 2014 issue of Real Estate Forum. Taylor was recognized as 12th Top Multifamily Broker in the nation by GlobeSt in its December 2015 issue.  


Taylor received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, with an emphasis on finance.
