TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Senior Vice President Susan Kay specializes in both occupier and landlord representation and acquisitions of office properties throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. As a native of the District with 29 years of commercial real estate experience, she offers exceptional expertise and knowledge of the market.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 1990, Susan worked as Director of Leasing for The Cafritz Group, where she oversaw a 1 million-square-foot industrial and office portfolio. She also leased and sold warehouse and office space, working on transactions from Virginia to Baltimore.
 
Susan has provided real estate services to: The Washington Post, Giant/Ahold, M&T Bank, Montgomery Hospice, The U.S. Postal Service, The Ross Companies, and Local 26 IBEW-NECA, amongst others.
