Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Stephen is a Senior Associate with Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group in Chicago. He plays a crucial role in a multidisciplinary, five-person team that represents clients throughout Chicago and across the nation, leveraging his experience as an operational and financial analyst to provide in-depth knowledge and advice relating to the inner workings of the real estate process. His focus lies primarily in the Downtown office market, including new client development, maintaining local market intelligence and advising tenants on all concerns related to office occupancy.  

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since joining Transwestern in April 2018, Stephen has played an integral role in many transactions and has provided strategic real estate planning and site selection to data centers, foreign embassies, service firms in law, accounting, investment banking, other professional services and not-for-profits throughout Chicago and across the United States. Through his experiences as a broker/analyst, Stephen rapidly advanced from an Associate to Senior Associate.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Stephen was an Associate at Avison Young with this same five-person team, where he helped clients align their real estate decisions with their financial and operational objectives. Stephen was the 2017 President of the Avison Young – Chicago program for future leaders.

EDUCATION

Stephen received his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
