Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Stephanie serves as the Property Manager for 1300 Main Street in Houston's central business district. She is familiar with both Yardi and MRI and has several years of budgeting and expense reconciliation experience.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Stephanie began her real estate career with Transwestern as the corporate receptionist in 2007.  She has worked as an administrative assistant on Retail, Industrial and Office Buildings; and has functional experience in all regards of property management including tenant relations, lease administration and vendor administration.   
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Stephanie was an office manager for a local family owned parent company. She was responsible for overseeing human resources, accounts receivable/ accounts payable, daily office functions and a multitude of other responsibilities for seven separate companies which included two restaurants, a GSA company, a survey company, a home building business and several others.
 

EDUCATION

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Sam Houston State University.
 
Stephanie is a licensed real estate sales agent in the State of Texas.
