Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Stephanie serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the East Region. In this capacity, she provides comprehensive strategic, financial and operational leadership as well as oversight in developing and executing on an annual business plan. As a part of the East Region leadership team, she directs, administers and coordinates all activities in accordance with the goals established ensuring operational profitability while driving sustainable growth of the Eastern Region. In addition, she is responsible for all aspects of office operations, including budgeting and forecasts, payroll, benefits and human resources as well as oversight of revenue management for the New York and New Jersey offices.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Stephanie brings a multifaceted perspective to Transwestern having worked in both the real estate and fashion industry, totaling 10+ years of office operations and accounting experience.  Prior to her role as Chief Operating Officer for the East Region, Stephanie served as Controller for Transwestern’s Northeast region providing oversight and management of the day-to-day operations including budgeting, revenue growth, and human resources. Before that, Stephanie was with Grubb & Ellis where she managed all aspects of accounts payable for three offices ensuring budgets were met and previously with Morgan Le Fay where she oversaw all accounting, daily operations and office management for its corporate office.

Stephanie holds her New York State Salesperson license.

EDUCATION

Stephanie studied operations management and international business at Bernard Baruch College in New York City.
