Shell Kirk is an Assistant Property Manager out of Transwestern’s Nashville office working under Amber Pfeiffer, the Senior Property Manager. She and her team are currently responsible for the Management of one Class A Office Building and one Medical Office Building located in the greater Nashville Area:
The team has managed One Century Place for several years and is leading the property through major modernization projects, from the elevators to the décor. The Providence West Medical Office Building is a newer property and the team is working to build the new relationships with the client and tenants, to mirror their successes at their other building. The team prides themselves on using creative and innovative ideas to successfully exceed the clients and tenants’ expectations.
During her career, Shell has worked for clients such as Griffin Capital Investors LLC, SCUS OCP LLC, and American Healthcare Investors.


Before joining Transwestern in 2017, Shell was a Real Estate Service Coordinator with CBRE, where she cut her teeth into the industry and fell in love with the work. She quickly became an integral team member who worked in more than just the coordinator capacity, showing an eagerness to learn and move up. She was retained by Transwestern, when they assumed the property in 2017, where she continued to work on her skill sets. In 2018 she got her Tennessee Real Estate License, and in June 2019 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager.


Shell is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Tennessee. She is a member of the Nashville BOMA Chapter & Nashville BOMA Emerging Professionals Group. In 2019, Shell was recognized in the BOMA Magazine’s March | April 2019 Edition as a Rising Star. A few months later, Shell was selected to receive the J. Michael Coleman Scholarship to attend the 2019 BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Where she was recognized with 9 of her peers on a national level.


Shell attended college at Bowling Green State University in her home town of Bowling Green, Ohio. She had a focus in natural sciences before moving to Nashville, TN in 2016.
