As an Associate Vice President, Scott is responsible for representing tenants with office and industrial space requirements as well as partnering with teammates to execute project leasing assignments. He plays a significant role in business development and in local and regional strategy while emphasizing integrity, energy and a positive attitude.
Since joining Transwestern in 2009, Scott has closed over 85 transactions, totaling over 900,000 square feet with an aggregate value of over $100,000,000 in tenant representation and landlord leasing assignments.
Scott has distinguished himself by achieving exceptional results on landlord leasing projects for IBC Bank, the Brooks Development Authority, Tower Life Insurance Company and Wereldhave USA. Scott has completed transactions ranging from 1,500 SF to 120,000 SF for his clients over the past five years. Scott's notable tenant representation assignments include Bergstrom Climate Systems, Dahill, Nelson Global Products, Guild Mortgage, Corix Utilities and Imperium Wealth Management. Scott has closed over 20 tenant representation assignments with a cumulative value of more than $30,000,000.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Scott spent time as an account manager and as a new home consultant. This experience enabled him to develop strong client relationships and financial analysis skills.

Scott graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelors of Business Administration in management and a minor in economics. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.
