Scott Myers rejoined Transwestern in 2017 as a managing director within the Central Texas Capital Markets Group. His team specializes on the origination, structuring and execution of commercial investment sales and capital market transactions for institutional, corporate, and private owners of real estate throughout the region. 


Scott began his investment sales career at a global brokerage firm in 2005 and spent the next twelve years focused on commercial asset disposition and recapitalization in the Houston market until relocating his family to Austin. He has worked with a variety of institutional and private owners over his career and played an integral role in the disposition of over $2 billion of commercial assets across the southwest region. Scott's team has twice received the Business Journal's "Landmark" Award for Best Project Sale and has been recognized as a top producer by Transwestern both locally and nationally.  He was also recently named one of "Tomorrow's Leaders" by Real Estate Forum Magazine.

Scott received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station. Scott is a licensed real estate sales person with the State of Texas.
