Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Sarah joined Transwestern in January 2020 as the Property Manager for 11 West’s Old Oakland portfolio. She is responsible for the maintenance, preservation, compliance, and improvement of the portfolio’s 10 historic jewel-box properties in Downtown Oakland.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Sarah previously managed a 240,000-square-foot historic commercial and residential portfolio in San Francisco and Nevada for the Bently family. Before joining Transwestern, she was with the Bently family for 10 years.
 
Sarah enjoys volunteering with BOMA's Emergency Preparedness Committee, and currently acts as the Vice Chair for BOMA's Historic Buildings Committee. She also mentors SF State Students through BOMA's Careers Committee.

EDUCATION

Sarah received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from UC Santa Cruz in 2008 and holds a real estate license in the state of California (LIC# 02100450).
