Sam Selby is a Marketing Specialist in Tysons, Virginia, where she manages and implements marketing assignments to support leasing and sales producers, asset services, and senior leadership for Northern Virginia. Sam also works closely with regional leaders to complete special projects and trains other marketing team members on best practices throughout the Mid-Atlantic.


Before joining Transwestern in 2018, Sam served as a graphic designer and administrative assistant at The Elephant Restaurant in Baltimore. She also worked as a freelance graphic designer for VOICE (Virginians Organized for Interfaith Community Engagement) and Outdoor Ventures, an aerial adventure park, creating print and web marketing materials.
Her previous experience includes internships at the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts, The Walters Art Museum and The Jane Goodall Institute, as well as working as a social media coordinator for Sandy Spring Friends School.


Sam earned a bachelor’s degree in visual arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
