TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Ryan serves as a senior vice president in Transwestern's New York office. He is responsible for tenant and landlord advisory in the Midtown and Midtown South markets.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Ryan's track record includes handling multiple lease transactions totaling over 1.6 million square feet in the New York area. He has represented clients such as Time Warner, Goodwin Procter LLP, McDermott Will & Emery, U.S. General Services Administration, Smithsonian Institute, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Sapient and BuckleySandler LLP with their office space needs.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Ryan was an assistant director for Studley's most prolific brokerage team in New York. He generated new business in addition to servicing the team's existing client base. Beforehand, Ryan served as a research specialist at Studley, providing real estate market and business information for client support, internal analysis and quarterly reports. He has also worked as a property manager for Hill Top Associates, a Connecticut-based firm overseeing both commercial and residential assets. His responsibilities ranged from providing general management of multi-unit apartments and commercial buildings to maintaining bookkeeping and accounting records for numerous office and residential properties.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Ryan is a member of Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is an active volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

EDUCATION

Ryan received his bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in management from St. Michael's College.
