Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Roy Reis, a vice president in Transwestern's Dallas office, has worked exclusively on behalf of corporate clients since 2005, managing their real estate holdings. He focuses on strategic portfolio planning and management for local and national corporate clients of all sizes and industries, ranging from companies with a single location to those with hundreds of offices across the country.  Roy develops business solutions that assist his clients in making effective real estate solutions and achieving optimized outcomes for their businesses.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Roy was an account executive at National Commercial Real Estate Company, where he represented a diverse range of industries in both office and industrial markets.  Roy also served in a managerial role to train and develop new associates.
 
Roy has represented many organizations with strategic portfolio planning and overall occupancy cost reductions.  His client list represents a diverse range of industries, including telecommunications, semi-conductor, insurance, engineering, healthcare, logistics and software.  Clients know they can rely on Roy's expert market knowledge, negotiating confidence and personal attention to ensure their portfolio is well represented.

Roy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University's Edwin L. Cox School of Business.  He is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
