As Assistant Manager for the Reforma portfolio, Robert supports three properties comprising 560,575 sq./ft. Robert focuses exclusively on the independent oversight and supervision of two of the portfolio’s properties located in Englewood and Centennial while providing auxiliary support to the third property in Broomfield. He has closed out over 17,000 square feet of tenant improvement projects at the properties, worked with public utilities on significant infrastructure upgrades, and has implemented several upgrades to increase tenant retention and promote marketability.
Robert currently oversees an operating budget of $2.5 Million and is working to maintain cash flow positive profitability and increase property revenue for the owners.


Robert’s background focuses on commercial real estate law, contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.  As a legal professional, he has worked with corporate business attorneys to support owners in an array of areas including lease preparation and review, default actions, liability defense and ligation.   
Also, Robert possesses substantial experience as an on-site operations manager for large mixed-use commercial and industrial properties as well as retail shopping centers.  In Honolulu, HI, Robert directed capital improvements and construction projects while serving over 130 tenants of a 1.1 million square foot office/warehouse complex. He later worked together with the General Manager of the Ala Moana Center, a 3 million square foot shopping center—the 7th largest in the United States—where he supported all aspects of the operation as well as asset oversight for the joint venture partners on the recently completed Ewa Expansion.
Robert also has a strong focus on tenant relations and hospitality having managed two boutique hotels in Northern California as well as serving as assistant to the Revenue Director for an AAA five-diamond property in Seattle, WA.


Robert is an Accredited Legal Professional (ALP) holding certification from the National Association of Legal Professionals (NALS).
He is currently working on obtaining his LEED certification, Associate Brokers License for the State of Colorado, and Notary Public appointment.


Robert holds two Bachelors of the Arts from the University of Washington in English with a writing emphasis and Drama. Also, he is a certified Paralegal, holding an Advanced Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds Community College, an American Bar Association endorsed program in Washington State.
