Robert serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Services, overseeing operations and business development for the New York metropolitan area. His duties include oversight of annual, escalations and reconciliation of actual expenses, financial reporting, collection of monthly rent, delinquency issues, monthly supervision of all tenant and building construction, generating service contracts, administration of client, tenant and vendor certificates of insurance, and administering all leases assuring compliance with provisions/agreements. Robert is also responsible for maintaining ongoing tenant relations to assess needs and help assure that concerns are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of both the clients and tenants..


Robert joined Transwestern in 2019. Prior, Robert served as Asset Manager at CenterPoint Properties where he managed the operations of warehouse and flex properties exceeding 8 million square feet, spanning from Maine to Florida. He brought more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, formerly employed by national firms including Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was responsible for managing nationwide portfolios, including the Empire State Building. He successfully executed complete redevelopment plans for the antennae structure on time while on this assignment.
Robert is a Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) and Army Aviator. He is a 34-year veteran of Military Service both active duty and the NJ Army National Guard.

Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the United State Military Academy in West Point, NY and attended U.S. Army Command & General Staff College. He received an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and holds a  New Jersey Broker-Salesperson’s license.
