Rob leads Asset Services for Transwestern, overseeing property management, accounting, engineering and sustainability for a national portfolio comprising more than 225 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and healthcare space. In addition to providing strategic direction for the business and implementing best practices that enhance the company's client-focused service approach, Rob is focused on driving cost savings and tenant satisfaction for property owners through innovative building technology advancements.


During a career that spans nearly three decades, Rob has served in a variety of senior-level management services positions. He has overseen office, industrial and retail property portfolios in major U.S. markets from coast to coast, serving both institutional and private investors. In the six years prior to joining Transwestern, he served in national management positions with Stream Realty Partners and at Hines.


Rob currently holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), and LEED-AP (LEED Accredited Professional) designations.
He is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Building Owners and Managers Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, the U.S. Green Building Council and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.


Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
