Riis Christensen is senior vice president of tenant advisory services for Transwestern, and founded the Dallas practice for Transwestern in 1999.
Riis has over 20 years of portfolio consulting and facilities life cycle management experience. He previously served as vice president/principal with GVA Cawley International. Riis' partial client list includes Fortune 500 companies such as ExxonMobil, GE Capital, International Paper, GE, Siemens, and Hyundai. Riis specializes in portfolio management, financial planning, vendor management, strategic planning, M&A due diligence and integration, P&L impact, portfolio optimization, alternative workplace strategies, change management, lease administration, facility management, process improvement, lease negotiations, transaction management, corporate metrics, strategic sourcing and client relationship management.
