Richard Yeh serves as vice president of Transwestern Investment Group's (TIG) Asset Management team.  Richard is responsible for asset management, execution of the annual asset performance plans, risk oversight and mitigation, and leasing and property performance at the individual asset level for the firm's investment clients.  The team is actively working with domestic and international investors in implementing core, value-add and opportunistic investment strategies in addition to working with the acquisitions team with preliminary due diligence


Richard has 12 years of real estate experience including asset management, acquisitions, and development.  Prior to joining Transwestern, he was with Sarofim Realty Advisors where he managed assets with a value of over $1.2 billion and worked on $950 million of acquisitions.  Richard has extensive experience with office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use properties in all phases including acquisitions, due diligence, asset management, development, lease negotiations, financing and dispositions.  He is very skilled in analyzing real estate in all parts of the risk spectrum from core to development and including distressed situations.  His real estate career has included working in many major and mid-tier markets around the country.  Prior to entering real estate, Richard worked for a hedge fund analyzing complicated convertible arbitrage trades.


Richard received a B.S. in Management from M.I.T. with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology.
