TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Renner Davis supports the Los Angeles Asset Services team as well as the West region’s construction management and asset positioning platform. He reports to and is the executive assistant to Nicole Audette, Senior Vice President of Asset Services and Bradley Green, Senior Vice President of Strategic Asset Positioning and Construction.
 
Renner’s responsibilities include client and vendor communications, coordinating with properties and accounting on processing construction fees, reviewing and managing contracts for the region, and helping troubleshoot on a variety of issues. As the ’go-to guy’ for Asset Services in the West, Renner enjoys helping team members region-wide figure out how to resolve any issue related to property management or construction. He is also an ambassador for the Transwestern Experience, which entails training new team members on the Transwestern Experience customer-service platform and helping support the Transwestern company culture.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Renner began his real estate career in 2013, coming to Transwestern by chance to fill in for a position that turned permanent. He brings 30 years of experience in assisting at the executive level, working previously in public relations, publishing, private banking and, briefly, an equestrian sports website. Renner moved to Los Angeles 20 years ago after living in New York City for many years, where he performed and directed in over 40 theater and sketch comedy productions.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Renner has received the ’Extraordinary Customer Service’ award in 2020 and the ’Unsung Hero’ award in 2014 at the annual Transwestern West Region Awards. He has been a member of SAG-AFTRA since 2000.

EDUCATION

Renner studied theatre at San Diego State University.
