TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Ray directs the brokerage activities for Transwestern's Washington, D.C., Bethesda and Columbia offices. In his role, he is actively involved in creating and implementing solutions for Transwestern's clients in the region.
 
Ray is a member of the Operating Committee charged with devising and implementing the Mid-Atlantic region's strategic vision. The region consists of nearly 350 employees, six service lines, and offices in Washington, D.C.; Bethesda, Maryland; Columbia, Maryland; and Tysons, Virginia.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Ray, who joined Transwestern in 1983 as a leasing specialist in the Bethesda office, represented institutional and local clients doing business in Montgomery County, Maryland, before becoming the Bethesda office leader in early 1990. His leadership role was expanded to include Transwestern's D.C. office and Baltimore Washington Corridor office located in Columbia, Maryland.

EDUCATION

Ray earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of North Carolina.
