Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Rachelle supports various accounting software packages used by Transwestern property management and accounting.  Her responsibilities as a technical analyst include providing support to the users of the various accounting-related applications, maintaining security and tracking users, software maintenance and data clean-up, and providing assistance during software upgrades and conversions of accounting software/data.  Rachelle is also responsible for training property management and accounting personnel on various accounting software and procedures.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Rachelle joined Transwestern in 2002 and began her career with Transwestern as an administrative associate for the Chief Information Officer and corporate legal counsel.  During her role as an administrative associate, Rachelle launched Transwestern's OFAC Compliance initiative, a program requiring Transwestern to verify the identities of current and prospective customers and vendors against a government list of prohibited persons and entities.  In 2006, Rachelle transitioned to technical analyst where she utilizes her knowledge of technology to assist over 750 users.

EDUCATION

Rachelle received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University.
