2061 Peachtree Rd

Parkside, in partnership with Georgia Hand, Shoulder & Elbow, is developing 2061 Peachtree, a two building 140,000 SF medical office project located near Piedmont Hospital in Buckhead. The partnership purchased the 1.5 acre site in August 2010, and has started construction of Phase I, which is expected to be complete by early 2013. The site is the highest profile site on the Beltline, and is being designed to provide access and connectivity to the Beltline as it continues to be developed in the future. Phase I (which is 100% Leased) will contain 50,000 SF and a three level parking deck. Georgia Hand will locate its orthopedic practice and surgery center in the building. Phase II will contain 90,000 SF and will be timed to meet the growing demand for medical space in the area. Georgia Hand, founded in 1964, is widely recognized as one of the leading orthopedic practices in the Southeast.
